Shipping policy Hewa

Hewa handles the delivery of installation materials, heating systems and technical components in an efficient, careful and predictable way. By working with regular transport partners and by using our own delivery service in the Twente and Salland region, we can deliver both smaller shipments and larger installations in a suitable way.

On this page, you can read how we process orders, which delivery times you can expect, when shipping is carried out by parcel service or pallet transport and under which conditions our own delivery service is available.

Order processing

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are processed the same day, provided the products are in stock. In most cases, this means delivery takes place within 1 to 2 working days.

Orders placed after 15:00 are processed on the next working day. If an item is not immediately available, you will always receive an up-to-date delivery indication from us. This allows you to adjust your planning in time.

Delivery times and shipping methods

The delivery time depends on the product type, stock status and selected shipping method. Smaller items, connection materials and spare parts are usually shipped as parcels. Larger products, such as heat pumps, boilers, buffer tanks and complete system combinations, are usually delivered by pallet transport.

For pallet shipments within the Netherlands, the delivery time is generally around 1 to 2 working days, provided the product is in stock and transport planning allows it. Transport planning, handling or carrier workload may cause deviations in some cases.

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, adjusted lead times apply. These depend on the destination country, the size of the shipment and the selected transport method.

Own delivery service in Twente and Salland

For customers in the Twente and Salland region, Hewa offers its own delivery service in certain situations. This service is intended for business customers, installers and project-based deliveries where speed and flexibility are important.

Delivery via our own delivery service is possible under the following conditions:

• The delivery takes place in the Twente or Salland region.
• The minimum order value is €1000 excluding VAT.
• The required products are in stock.
• The request is submitted to us on working days before 10:00.
• The delivery fits within our planning and available delivery capacity.

If these conditions are met, we will check whether same-day delivery is possible. This service is not automatically guaranteed and remains dependent on stock availability, route planning, order size and product type.

Shipping costs

All prices shown on the website are excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, transport method and delivery address.

Different rates may apply for larger products, pallet shipments, international deliveries and special transport requests. If necessary, you will receive a suitable transport indication in advance.

Transport partners

Hewa works with regular transport partners, including DHL, PostNL and Van Reenen Transport. Depending on the size, contents and destination of the order, the most suitable carrier is selected.

Parcel shipments are usually delivered on working days. The exact delivery time may vary per carrier. Pallet shipments are usually scheduled in advance and require good accessibility of the delivery address.

Collection in Rijssen

It is possible to collect your order from our warehouse in Rijssen. Collection is by appointment only. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification.

Products on request and backorders

Products with the status “On request” or “Backorder” are not immediately available from stock and are specially ordered or delivered later for you. In these cases, delivery times may differ from the standard lead times.

After placing an order with this status, we will contact you to confirm the expected delivery time. For project-based applications, we recommend contacting us in advance for an up-to-date delivery indication.

Important for installation projects

For installers and project-based deliveries, it is important to order in time and take into account different delivery times per product group. Especially for larger systems, pallet shipments and complete installation combinations, good planning is necessary to prevent delays on site.
